Anchored Life is led by Forrest and Hope McCleary. Anchored Life is in covenant and partnership with Canyonlands Fellowship Church in Moab, Utah. We have many wonderful volunteers who help us lead and support our mission. We desire to help the youth of Moab find a passion for Jesus Christ and a Biblical Worldview. We reach 7th-12th grade. Forrest McClearyForrest was born and raised in Moab, Utah. His upbringing in the outdoors and love for physical activity led him to get a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Colorado Mesa University. During his time in college he found his true passion of following Jesus, reading the Bible, and began leading Bible Studies and discipling young men to be godly men who lived their life on the truths of the Bible. He has done short terms missions in Europe and the Middle East. He was a leader in full-time college ministry for over 12 years at Colorado Mesa University and Adams State University. He desires that young men learn to live their lives upon God's Word and to become men who are the next generation of leaders in their families, jobs, communities, and churches.

Hope McClearyHope was born and raised in Montana. Her love for writing and public speaking led to her interest in becoming a news reporter. She has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Colorado Mesa University and worked in local TV news. Her love for sharing the news and Jesus led to her passion for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. She has traveled around the world doing short-term missions in over 14 different countries from North America, Central and South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. She was a leader in full-time college ministry for 12 years at Colorado Mesa University and Adams State University. She has discipled over 50 young women and loves to see them fall in love with reading God's Word and helping them find confidence through their identity in Christ alone.

Forrest and Hope McCleary married in 2012. They have two sons O'Ryan and Ezra. They desire to help the next generation anchor their lives upon Jesus Christ and the Bible. They are missionaries in Moab, Utah.
